Hey good afternoon! I am extremely sorry that I havent updated in like.. forever, but.. What can I say, it's not easy bieng in grade 12. I have so much homework all the time, and plus, my job, and random grad events. Take tomorrow for example. Our grad cruise has been rescheduled for tomorrow, instead of in November. So that should be fun, hopefully they'll let us on the boat this time. Anyways, tonight, im going to be filling in at work for a friend of mine, who has to write some sort of english exam or something like that. I was going to go to the coffee house at Bean around the world, and chill with Sam, Whit and her new student from Japan, but nope. Im working instead, which isnt too bad, it's not usually too busy on Tuesdays, so .. I'll live. Make some money, chill with Louisa. Should be interesting. She has black hair now, which is kinda scary, but , I cant expect anything less from Louisa..(lol)
Anyways. This day was kinda boring, 'cause .. It just was. School.. Bah!
We started watching "the Day after tomorrow" today, which I had seen awhile back, it's not the best movie in the world, it bores me, to be honest. Thank God for MP3 players!
Wow, words can't describe how excited I am about Gradding! I keep thinkin about the dinner dance - it's going to be awesome. I can't wait to see everyone all dolled up in their super expensive dresses and tux's. It's kinda funny, 'cause my mom has already planned how Im going to wear my hair, though I told her to chill, in the end, it's my call. She also tried to convince me to wear knee highs with my dress, but I explained to her that my feet will just slide around in the sandals if I do that, and that no one is going to see my feet anyways, cause the dress covers it. Ohhhh! I cant wait till I get my dress in a couple a months! Then I have to go in for my fitting, which will be so fun, just cause I'll get to try the dress on again, lol. And my Grandma is going to come with, and it's my bet that she'll start crying when she sees me in it, which will start my mom crying, and it will just be one big cry fest. No, I dont think I'll start, but you never know.
So for the past, like, couple of weeks, the weather has been insane amazing. Sunshine everyday, It's been awesome. I think it's putting everyone (almost everyone) in a good mood, or at least helping. It's nearly spring, and contrary to popular belief, Spring is indeed the most wonderful time of the year. You know me, Im not all flowery and gushy, but it's just something about spring that makes me smile. Flowers, Sunshine, and .... closer to summer, which is what I really love.
Guess what, it's my birthday in like.. 10 days, and I have no Idea what Im going to do, or if Im going to do anything. BAH! I have to work on my actual b-day, A friday, I dont feel like asking for it off, just 'cause Im going away on spring break (YOUTH CONFERENCE!!!!) and then again in the summer, and If I can avoid it, I dont want to take too much time off.
On monday, March 1st, we are having a dance at the school, it's celebrities-theme. So Im going to "borrow" (Without permission) this hat from Mrs. Cook and dress up like Bob Marley.. It's gonna be dope. If I cant manage to find that hat in the costume room, I know where I can get one, it's no problem at all.
