Special Olympics

Hey everyone, how are you doing? I havent updated for a long time, and for that, I'm sorry. Things in my life have been a bit nuts. Cara came to visit for the weekend, it was great. This morning, we went out for brunch, and this girl, our waitress, actually, said "Don't I know you from Seycove?" And I was like... WHAT? That was so crazy, cause Calgary's the last place I expect to run into a former seycovian. It was funny. Anyways. That was a short story.
I had a job interview yesterday, for a nannying job. The lady called me today and said that I couldn't commit for long enough, so she hired someone else. That kind of makes me mad, because she made the interview sound really promising. So I was all psyched for it. But there's nothing I can do about it, I guess.. I just have to keep my staples job a likkle bit longer. Oh well. I'll survive. Speaking of staples, I had a horrible day today. About fifteen minutes into my shift, this guy comes up, and says "Can you call 9-1-1?" and then basically falls to the floor, shaking..
He told me that he suffers from grand mall seizures, and then said "I dont want to die" ..
That's dramatic enough, I think it's worse for me, because that's basically what caused my uncle to pass away less than a month ago. So I was pretty shaken up by that. I didn't enjoy that experince at all.
Needless to say.. It was a bad day, even tho it was good before work. But I havent been able to get that out of my head since then... Just things., my uncle and stuff.
By the way, my parents put up the outside christmas lights, and me and my roomies bought a christmas tree. It's fun
