HEY HEY! Guess what everyone, It's still raining! By now, I would have normally begun complaining about it, but I can't bring myself to do it, 'cause I LOVE the fact that it's rain, not snow. Ha ha. What's happened to the old Ashley, you ask? Well.. Im still here. I just dont want winter anymore. BAH! What can you do, eh? Well I just got back from the dentist office, at first, I was apprehensive, sitting in the waiting room, fidgeting nervously, then I was moved to the office, in the dreaded "chair".. I was informed that they would be drilling ! Yep, I had a cavity, so I decided that I would lay back in the chair with my eyes closed, 'cause I really don't like needles.. *shudder* So, Lay back with my eyes closed, I did, and I didnt feel a thing. Except when the needle made contact with the tissue inside my mouth... Ech......... *shudders again* Right, so not much else is new, I just got given a phone card, so I can call my friends, that makes me quite excited. Man alive, I can't wait until Grad! ITS CRAZY! It seems like just days ago that I was sitting outside on a balmy september day, waiting for my first year of High School to begin, and Now it's all over. Sorry, just reminiscing. I can still remember back in the day, when I was just a wee one, attending Cove Cliff Elementary, the little suck up that I was. I remember that I always used to take Mrs. Gillesppies Coffee Mugs to the staff room for her, and I always knew where her keys were, 'cause she always lost them. *sigh* those were the days. "Boy the way Glen Miller played, songs that made the hit parade, guys like us we had it made, those were the days, and you know where you were then, girls were girls and men were men, mister we could use a man like Herbert Hoover again, didn't need no welfare states everybody pulled his weight, gee our old Lasalle ran great, those were the days!" Pathetic, isn't it? Pathetic that I know the words to that song, and pathetic that most of you reading this wont have a clue what that's from. Ten points to you if you do, if you don't, you should watch "All in the family" more often. That's a classic. Along with "I dream of Jeanie" and "Golden Girls." well, not so much that one. See what I mean about reminiscing? It seems so easy to do, just close your eyes, and you're in the past. sometimes it's just as easy to be in the future, you know what I mean? Like right now, I can see myself graduating, I can see myself moving out of here, I can see all that Jazz. It's called DREAMING! So anyways, Im gonna end this one here, 'cause Im gonna go to the open mike at Bean Around the World! Have a gooder, guys!
