I was walking along, happy as could be, it's not raining or anything, it's kind of sunny, and there's cherry blossoms out on all the trees. It's spring time and wonderful outside.
Then.. it happened. ... ... I saw a child... on a leash... Ok this is something that REEEEEEEEALLLLY bothers me.
If you're taking your child for a walk, or anyone elses child for that matter, you HOLD THEIR HANDS. and if you're in a place where you don't need to hold their hands, then you keep them in your sight. Children ... on leashes.. oh so not cool. Seriously. I don't really have much else to say in this moment, I'm just momentarily annoyed.
*Sigh* what is happening to parents? ?

i completely agree with you, people should not treat their kids as animals, thats why people were given hands, so adults with kids could hold their hand, and if the place is to crowded then put them in a stroller or something.
As disturbing as kids on leashes are...
I have some recollection of my arm being nearly yanked off by tall adults from when I was a kid. My dad could definitely have used the leash instead of holding my hand, I'd probably have appreciated that.
